Toceyyy yeeee &lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;Bahan-bahan&lt;/b&gt; ( 8 orang atau lebih )&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 biji sponge kek atau apa2 kek &lt;span &gt;(aku guna kek chiffon, same ke dgn sponge?? hihii)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;250ml whipping cream &lt;span &gt;(aku gantikan dgn yogurt.. sbb lagi murah haha)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;200ml cream cheese &lt;span &gt;(guna sebungkus teruss)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1/2 cawan gula halus&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 cawan air panas (nak bancuh nescafe)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 sudu makan serbuk nescafe&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;serbuk koko untuk hiasan&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;Cara-cara&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1. Bancuhkan nescafe dengan satu cawan air panas tadi&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2. Satukan gula, cheese dan cream&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3. Pukul adunan tadi sampai kembang dan gebu&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4. Potong kek pada 3 bahagian&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;5. Susun 1 bahagian dalam bekas&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;6. Tuangkan 1/3 bahagian bancuhan nescafe ke atas kek&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;7. Sapu 1/3 bahagian adunan cream+cheese tadi atas kek&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;8. Susun lagi bahagian yang selebihnya&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;9. BTW, terima kasih byk2 pd tuan empunya resepi..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Bahan Base:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;330g biskut oreo (asingkan krim, krim jgn buang)&lt;br /&gt;70g butter/unsalted butter&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara:&lt;br /&gt;1. Tumbuk²/ blend biskut oreo sampai jadi serbuk&lt;br /&gt;2. Panaskan butter/unsalted butter sampai cair, tutup api dan masukkan biskut, kacau rata.&lt;br /&gt;3. Mampatkan bahan² dalam loyang&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan dalam peti ais sambil tu buat bahan untuk kek.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan Kek:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;250g cream cheese&lt;br /&gt;200g whipping cream&lt;br /&gt;1 sb gelatin (yg halal), larutkan dalam 2 sb air panas sampai tak berketul&lt;br /&gt;1 sb lemon&lt;br /&gt;Krim biskut oreo yang tak bagi buang td...&lt;br /&gt;Biskut oreo tanpa krim..patah 4...klu tak letak pun takpe...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara:&lt;br /&gt;1. Mixer cream cheese dan baru masukkan whipping cream dengan kelajuan sederhana selama +-5 minit.&lt;br /&gt;2. Dalam tempat lain, satukan gelatin dan air lemon.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan gelatin + lemon tadi ke dalam adunan 1 tadi...mixer sekejap.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan krim biskut oreo...mixer sekejap.&lt;br /&gt;5. Masukkan kepingan biskut oreo yang dah patah 4 tu dan kacau.&lt;br /&gt;6. Keluarkan Base daripada peti ais dan masukkan adunan kek.&lt;br /&gt;7. Simpan dalam peti dam 4-5 jam atau semalaman.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*Tak guna gula sebab dah ganti dengan krim biskut oreo ...whipping cream pn guna yg manis...&lt;br /&gt;*Nak tebal doublekan adunan lah yer..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nota:&lt;br /&gt;1. Kalau guna whipping cream, jgn mixer lama2 sgt.. Nanti jadi terpisah air &amp;amp; krimnya&lt;br /&gt;2. Boleh gantikan whipping cream dgn yogurt.. Satukan semua bahan hingga rata. Kemudian peraplah ayam dalam petisejuk selam beberapa jam. Seelok-eloknya semalaman.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2. Semasa hendak membakar gaulkan dengan sedikit minyak masak dan bolehlah di bakar di atas periuk non stick. Balik-balikkan ayam hingga masak dan bolehlah di angkat. Saya guna pembakar elektrik je  lebih mudah!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;Untuk Sos Perang ( brown sause ) @ Sos lada hitam&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 labu bawang besar ( potong dadu)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 sudu besar mentega&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 sudu besar tepung gandum ( ayak dulu takut macam-macam ada dalam tepung)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 liter air ( lebih kurang dalam 1 jag kecil )&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3 sudu besar sos tiram&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 sudu besar kicap (untuk menggelapkan sikit warna sos )&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 sudu makan sos tomato atau sos chili&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 sudu besar lada hitam ( ditumbuk halus)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1/2 kiub perasa ayam atau daging lembu.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Sedikit garam&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;Cara membuatnya&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1. Panaskan mentega dalam periuk kemudian tumis bawang besar hingga layu.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2. Tepung gandum di larutkan dalam air hingga rata kemudian masukkan dalam periuk tumisan tadi.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3. Masukkan semua bahan lain termasuk sos-sos. Kacau atas api hingga pekat. Boleh di angkat dan dihidangkan.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;* jika anda biasa guna kaedah white sos iaitu masak tepung gandum dalam mentega dulu baru masuk bahan-bahan lain boleh juga. Tapi saya lebih suka buat begini je sebab lebih senang.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;** Anda boleh juga tambah cendawan dalam tin yang sudah dipotong-potong jika anda mahu.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Nota:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;'Debone' maksudnya ialah membuang tulang dari isi ayam. Masuk rempah yg di blend. Campurkan bahan A dgn bahan B. Uli sampai doh tu dah tak melekat pada bekas.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2. Perap sebentar hingga doh tu naik sekali ganda&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3. Bila doh dah naik, tumbuh2 sket (punch) doh tu utk keluarkan angin. Kemudian bentukla donut tu ikut kesukaan masing2. Perap lagi utk seketika&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;(p/s: Tapi ikut org yg "terlebih rajin" mcm aku ni.. pas uli doh, aku terus je bentukkan.. then baru perap sampai donut tu tembam.. heheh)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4. TQ pd tuan empunya resepi :)&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;Base:&lt;/b&gt; (ni ambil dari blog lain, pandai2 je menambah huhuu)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Bahan-bahan:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;200 g biskut marie (ape2 biskut pon boleh)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;100 g butter yang dicairkan&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cara-cara:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Gaulkan biskut &amp;amp; butter hingga sebati. Masukkan dalam loyang &amp;amp; tekan2 sket. Chill dalam fridge sementara anda menyediakan bahan2 cheese.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;Cheese cake:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Bahan-bahan ( 18 cm )&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;250g cream cheese&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;200cc/ml fresh cream/plain yogurt&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 sudu besar jus lemon&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3 sudu besar tepung gandum&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 biji telur&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;90g gula&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cara-cara:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1. Panaskan oven 170 degree. Sapukan loyang dgn butter atau alas dgn kertas minyak pun ok(oven paper)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2. Masukkan semua bahan-bahan ke dalam mixer atau blander. Mix biar sampai jadi cream&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3. Masukkan ke dalam loyang yang mempunyai base tadi dan bakar selama 40-45 minit&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4. Setelah hampir masak atau selepas 30 minit bolehlah letak aluminium foil untuk mengelakkan permukaan hangus.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;5. Bila sejuk, simpan dalam peti ais semalaman untuk mendapatkan rasa cheese cake yang sedap.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;Nota:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1. Jika anda tidak mahu menggunakan base pon takpe.. Cheese cake anda still sedap&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2. Bhn2 utk pizza base dicampur dan diuli sehingga sebati. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2. Tutup doh dengan kain lembap &amp;amp; biarkan selama 45-60 minit supaya doh menaik &amp;amp; menggebu&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3. Canai doh tersebut setebal 0.5 cm. Cucuk dengan garfu keseluruhan doh tersebut. Satukan tepung, baking powder, soda bicarbonate, garam &amp;amp; serbuk kayu manis menggunakan whisk dalam satu bekas. Ketepikan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Dgn menggunakan mixer (gune tangan pon boleh.. tp jenuh gak laa.. hehhe) pukul telur selama lebih kurang 1 minit hingga jd frothy- err org melayu kate berbusa a.k.a berbuih la gitu-&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan gula, pukul lagi hingga adunan jd pekat (3-4 minit)&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan minyak &amp;amp; vanila. Pukul hingga sebati.&lt;br /&gt;5. Masukkan tepung, kacau guna senduk/ spatula- agak2 utk ratakan jek.. Jgn lebih2 lak.. kang batat tak tauuuuu huhuu&lt;br /&gt;6. Masukkan carrot &amp;amp; walnut. Kacau rata.&lt;br /&gt;7. Tuang dalam loyang yang dah dilengser dgn minyak/ butter. Bakar 25-30 minit. Kalo tk pasti, mcm biase  gune lidi cucuk tgh2 kek tu. Kalo bersih jek lidi tu, means kek dh masak le tu..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Note: Kalo guna loyang 8" tu, bleh ahh bahagikan adunan ni kpd 2 bhg (so nnti leh buat 2 layer kek)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cream cheese frosting:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(ni amik dari resepi org lain.. tk ingat la sape.. nnti check balik)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;120 g butter&lt;br /&gt;250 g cream cheese&lt;br /&gt;10 g icing sugar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara:&lt;br /&gt;Campurkan semua bahan &amp;amp; pukul hingga sebati &amp;amp; ringan. Kemudian boleh la dihias pada kek.&lt;br /&gt;*Kalau yang buat 2 layer kek tu, letakkan frosting ni kat tengah2. Then baru make up kan yang selebihnya pada permukaan kek.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nota:&lt;br /&gt;1. Pastikan kek benar2 sejuk sebelum disapu frosting&lt;br /&gt;2. Carrot cake ni lebih sedap kalau disimpan terlebih dahulu dalam peti ais. Simpan 2 hari lagi marbelesss rasenye!&lt;br /&gt;3. Nk tambah kismis, badam.. dalam adunan tu pon bolehh&lt;br /&gt;3. Kek ni nmpk jek mcm remeh, tp sebenarnyee senanggg nk buat! So kat sini aku turunkan resepinya.. Kakak aku yg ajar &amp;amp; Alhamdulillah so far mmg sedap .. InsyaALLAH..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan2:&lt;br /&gt;1 kg beras pulut (direndam semalaman dgn air, serbuk kunyit &amp;amp; 2-3 keping asam keping)&lt;br /&gt;Santan pekat dari sebiji kelapa (anggaran  3 cawan)&lt;br /&gt;Sedikit garam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara:&lt;br /&gt;1. Sediakan pengukus. Alas pengukus tu dgn daun pisang. Boleh juga gunakan kain kasa yang bersih.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan beras pulut yang dah kembang ke dalam pengukus, kukus kira2 20 minit.&lt;br /&gt;3. Sementara tu , sediakan santan pekat, masukkan sedikit garam . Rase ahh sket, cukup tak rase masinnye tu.. garam ni pon utk buat rase lemak pulut tu lbih ummppphh!!&lt;br /&gt;4. Bila dah 20 minit pulut tu dlm pengukus, keluarkan &amp;amp; masukkan dalam besen/ mangkuk yg besar.&lt;br /&gt;5. Sendukkan sedikit demi sedikit santan tu &amp;amp; tuangkan ke atas pulut yg masih panas. Gaul sebati menggunakan senduk kayu (senduk plastik pon boleyyy.. hehhe). Agak2 pulut tu nmpk basah, ok lah tu.. you're done with the santan. Tp jgn lebih2 sgt pulak, takut nnti pulut tu jd lembik.&lt;br /&gt;6. Masukkan semula pulut ke dalam pengukus, dan kukus another 10-15 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;7. Dah masak, bolehla dihidang bersama rendang.. So, try jek amik bahan2 ni..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Bahan2:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ayam&lt;br /&gt;Rempah soto (serbuk-aku gune rempah Syarifah)&lt;br /&gt;Garam secukup rasa&lt;br /&gt;2-3 hiris (nipis) lemon- terpulanglaa.. kalo nak rase masam lebih, buh la lagi banyak&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cara:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Gaulkan rempah soto &amp;amp; garam pada ayam.&lt;br /&gt;2. Goreng sehingga masak&lt;br /&gt;3. Selepas siap goreng (panas2 lagi tu) chop ayam tu.. (Cam org kedai chop ayam utk nasi ayam tu lee)&lt;br /&gt;4. Perahkan lemon ke atas ayam tadi.&lt;br /&gt;5. Siapppp!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nota:&lt;br /&gt;Lepas perah lemon tu, aku biarkan dulu 5-10 minit. Kasik rase lemon tu lagi serap dalam ayam... &amp;amp; the taste?? Angkat dan tos. &lt;span style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68);"&gt;(Aku rebus lemon je..)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tumbuk bawang putih dan rosemary sehingga lumat. &lt;span style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68);"&gt;(plus lada hitam)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Gaulkan bahan yg ditumbuk tadi dengan olive oil dan campur sedikit garam.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Lemon yang telah direbus tadi dicucuk-cucuk dengan garfu dan disumbat ke dalam perut ayam. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Lumurkan ayam tadi dengan bahan yg digaul tadi.&lt;span style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68);"&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102);"&gt;(Pastu aku marinate overnite)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Susun kentang, tomato, bawang dan baby carrots dan bakar didalam oven 180′c selama 1 jam atau sehingga masak.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;Nota: Kalau aku, aku lebih suke lemon tu diperah jusnye terlebih dulu, pastu gaulkan je pd ayam then marinate overnite. So rase lemon tu akan serap ke dalam isi ayam. Kalau stuff camtu jek lemon tu, rase masam lemon tak meliputi bhg luar ayam tersebut. Depends laa.. Sediakan bekas utk mengukus.&lt;br /&gt;2. Bersihkan ikan dan letak kan ke atas manguk kaca [tahan panas]. - den gune loyang jeee..&lt;br /&gt;3. Taburkan bahan yang telah di hiris ke atas ikan tadi.&lt;br /&gt;4. Taburkan sos nampla dan sedikit garam [jika perlu].&lt;br /&gt;5. Gelek roti tu dengan penggelek supaya jadi leper secukupnye&lt;br /&gt;2. Letak sosej &amp;amp; sayur atas roti. Gulungkan roti tu dan gam dgn bancuhan tepung&lt;br /&gt;3. Celup dalam telur&lt;br /&gt;4. Goreng kejap jekkk. Nanti cepat hangus. Api jgn beso sgt&lt;br /&gt;5. Siappppp&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nota:&lt;br /&gt;1. Tujuan roti tu digelek sampai leper, untuk mengurangkan serapan minyak mase menggoreng&lt;br /&gt;2. Pastry&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;250 g butter&lt;br /&gt;80 g gula aising&lt;br /&gt;2 biji telur&lt;br /&gt;440 g tepung gandum&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara:&lt;br /&gt;1. Pukul butter dgn gula aising sampai kembang.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan telur, pukul sampai sebati.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masuk tepung, gaul rata hingga jadik doh (tak yah gune mixer) -doh yg ok tak melekat2 lagi pada mangkuk adunan&lt;br /&gt;4. Gentel bulat2 doh tu, beso sket jek dr guli. Tekan nipis dalam acuan tart.&lt;br /&gt;5. Cucuk sket dengan garfu.&lt;br /&gt;5. Bakar 180 C untuk 10 minit. Kalau nak lagi rangup, bakar 12-15 minit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;B. Cheese Filling&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;250g Philadelphia cream cheese&lt;br /&gt;60g gula castor&lt;br /&gt;20g butter&lt;br /&gt;1 biji telur saiz B&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara:&lt;br /&gt;1. Pukul cream cheese, gula dan butter sampai kembang.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkn telur dan pukul hingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;C. Blueberry filling &lt;/span&gt;(nak gune strawberry filling pon takpe)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Penyediaan:&lt;br /&gt;1. Utk mudahkan kerja, masukkan cheese filling ke dalam piping bag dan pipekan ke dalam pastry yg dah siap masak tadi.&lt;br /&gt;2. Amik 1/2 sudu kecik blueberry filling, letak atas cheese filling tadi. (nk gune piping bag pon bleh, tapi tapis atau kisar dulu blueberry tu kasik halus)&lt;br /&gt;3. Nak bercorak, amik jek lidi dan swirlkan blueberry tu.. Ikutla kreativiti masing2. Nak wat cam spiderweb ke.. corak batik kee.. corak songket ke huhuu&lt;br /&gt;4. Lepas dah uli, simpan dulu doh tu dlm peti sejuk at least setengah jam. Pastu baru la tenyeh2kan dalam acuan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Mase uli doh tu, jgn uli lame sgt. Takut nanti dohnye jadi berminyak2.&lt;br /&gt;2. Pastry tu akan kembang bila dimasak. So kenalah tekan nipis2 dlm acuan tart. Kalau tak, nnti "buta" tart tu, takleh nak isi filling. Ape pon, anak2ku memang suka bangettt&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Bahan2:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan A&lt;br /&gt;500 ml fresh milk&lt;br /&gt;8 keping roti (biasenye ku guna Gardenia jekk)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan B&lt;br /&gt;4 sudu besar gula halus&lt;br /&gt;2 sudu besar butter - cairkan kejap atas api&lt;br /&gt;2 biji telur ayam (dipukul sedikit)&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu teh esen vanilla&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu besar tepung jagung&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu besar serbuk kayu manis/cinnamon powder (optional-aku tak pernah letak pon heheh)&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu besar serbuk buah pala (optional- ni pon aku tak pernah carik kat kedai.. muahaha)&lt;br /&gt;Nk tambah kismis/ mix fruit pon lagi cantekkk&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara-cara&lt;br /&gt;1. Koyak2kan roti dan rendam dalam susu 1/2 jam&lt;br /&gt;2. Kacau dan gaul rata bahan B. Tuangkan ke dalam loyang rendaman roti tadi tu.&lt;br /&gt;3. Bakar dalam suhu 180'C selama 30-35 minit-bior sampai masak, jgn hangit udahlee.&lt;br /&gt; Kasik sejuk dulu, sblm dimasukkan dalam fridge&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan C (sos kastad)&lt;br /&gt;1 tin susu cair&lt;br /&gt;2 sudu besar tepung kastad&lt;br /&gt;2 sudu besar gula&lt;br /&gt;1. Campurkan semua bahan2 ni, kacau rata.&lt;br /&gt;2. Panaskan atas api sederhana. Kacauuu sampai pekat sket. Tutup api.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Masa nak menghidang nanti, potong2 la puding roti tu &amp;amp; tuangkan sos kastad di atasnye&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nota&lt;br /&gt;1. Kalau masukkan kismis, pastikan jgn overheating. Nanti hangusss kismis di bahagian atas puding tuu..&lt;br /&gt;2. Sos kastad tu, kalau takmo buat pon takpe.. Ok gak kalau makan puding roti camgitu jekk. Bila cair, alihkan dari api &amp;amp; cepat2 masukkan tepung gandum. Kacau gune whisk sampai jadi cam mashed potato.&lt;br /&gt;- Masukkan fresh milk &amp;amp; air. Letak balik atas api sederhana &amp;amp; kacau guna whisk hingga pekattt mcm mushroom soup tu&lt;br /&gt;* Boleh jugak kalau nak tambah oregano, parmesan cheese etc..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara menyediakan lasagna:&lt;br /&gt;1.  Griskan loyang atau bekas caserole anda.&lt;br /&gt;2.  Susun lasagna sheet memenuhi dasar loyang/ bekas tu&lt;br /&gt;3.  Ratakan meat sauce atas lasagna sheet tadi&lt;br /&gt;4.  Ratakan white sauce plak atas meat sauce tadik tu&lt;br /&gt;5.  Taburkan cheese jika suka&lt;br /&gt;6. Ulang langkah 2-5. Kasik perabih bahan2 yg ada (2 layer pon kira ok laa) Tapi pastikan layer teratas diakhiri dgn white sauce.&lt;br /&gt;7. Bakar 180 darjah selama 40-45 minit&lt;br /&gt;(Masuk dalam oven, bakar separuh masa terlebih dahulu. Campurkan butter, gula &amp;amp; susu cair- panaskan atas api sederhana&lt;br /&gt;2. Kacau hingga gula hancur &amp;amp; butter cair sepenuhnya-tak perlu mendidih. Kemudian tutup api, dan biarkan ia sejuk.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan telur yang telah dipukul tadi ke dalam campuran susu &amp;amp; butter tadi&lt;br /&gt;4. Sementara tu, bolehla panaskan pengukus.&lt;br /&gt;5. Di dalam sebuah mangkuk/ bekas besar yang lain, ayak tepung, serbuk koko, baking powder &amp;amp; baking soda. Kemudian curahkan campuran butter tadi ke dalam tepung. Kacau perlahan, hingga sebati.. &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Masukkan nescaffe paste.&lt;/span&gt; Kacau..&lt;br /&gt;6. Griskan bekas acuan/ 8 atau 9 inci baking pan.&lt;br /&gt;7. Curahkan adunan kek ke dalam pan tersebut&lt;br /&gt;8. Kukus dengan api sederhana selama 45 minit&lt;br /&gt;9. Sejukkan, sebelum dikeluarkan dari dalam pan/ acuan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Chocolate fudge Topping&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan2:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;1/2 tin susu pekat manis/ krimer &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 102, 0);"&gt;(kurangkan, jika tak nak terlalu manis)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sudu teh of Vanilla extract atau 1 tsp Vanilla essence&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cawan minyak jagung&lt;br /&gt;1/6 cawan serbuk koko, di ayak &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 153, 0);"&gt;(ade resepi yang guna 1/4 cawan cocoa powder)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Secubit garam &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 102, 0);"&gt;(jgn tak letak lak, nnti tak menjadi topping ko! huhuuu)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cara:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1. Campurkan semua bahan2 di atas&lt;br /&gt;2. Panaskan atas api yang perlahan sambil mengacaunya dengan whisk. Tak perlu lame2, agak2 pekat sket terus tutup api.&lt;br /&gt;4. Biarkan sejuk terlebih dahulu sebelum ditopping ke atas kek&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Nota:&lt;br /&gt;1. Kalau nak kek tu cantik dikeluarkan dari acuan, gris acuan terlebih dahulu dgn butter then taburkan tepung sket. Panaskan oven pada suhu 190 deg Celcius.&lt;br /&gt;2. Blend daun pandan dgn separuh drp santan tadi. Tapis dan perah airnya.&lt;br /&gt;3. Ayak tepung bersama baking powder, baking soda &amp;amp; garam ke dalam bekas besar. Tambah gula ke dalam campuran tadi. Gunakan whisk &amp;amp; kacau secara perlahan.&lt;br /&gt;4. Lubangkan tengah2 tepung tu tadi, curahkan air pandan yg kita dah buat dalam step 1 tadi diikuti dengan separuh lagi santan yg belum guna, minyak jagung, telur &amp;amp; pandan essence. FOLD (tak reti istilah melayunye ape) supaya bahan2 kering tadi bercampur dgn bahan2 basah. JANGAN kacau kuat2 atau ganaz2.. Nnti kang batat lak muffin tuu kalau terlebih kacau&lt;br /&gt;5. Masukkan dalam acuan muffin. Bakar 15-20 minit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nota:&lt;br /&gt;- Bau pandan ni memang best.. Wangiii sangat.. kalau bakar kat dapur tu, leh bau sampai ke luar rumah!&lt;br /&gt;- Pastu kalau nak muffin yang merekah cantikkk, eloklah dibakar kat upper shelf oven tu. Cuma nak kena hati2 supaya tak hangit. Mase mula2 kawin dulu pon, kek ni je lah yg aku selalu buat.. sebab mase tu lom ade oven lagi.. heheh&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Resepi yg aku selalu guna ni, tak yah nak guna milo.. kita guna serbuk koko biase jek..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan2:&lt;br /&gt;1/2 buku butter&lt;br /&gt;600 g biskut marie (dipatah empat)&lt;br /&gt;1 cawan serbuk koko&lt;br /&gt;2 cawan gula&lt;br /&gt;4 biji telur(dipukul sedikit)&lt;br /&gt;1 gelas air (atau lebihkan sikit, kalau nak kek batik yang lebih basah)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara:&lt;br /&gt;1. Campurkan gula, koko, air &amp;amp; telur dalam satu bekas. Kacau rata.&lt;br /&gt;2. Panaskan kuali dengan api kecil, masukkan butter.&lt;br /&gt;3. Bila butter cair, segera masukkan campuran koko tadi. Tak perlu tunggu menggelegak, sekadar pastikan butter &amp;amp; campuran koko bercampurl sebati&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan biskut, gaul rata.&lt;br /&gt;5. Tutup api. Warna warni lagik tu..Buleh kate mase majlis tu, laku habiss kuih Kak Nab aku ni.. Tu la pasal aku bagi nama Abuk2 Kak Nab.. heheh&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan-bahan:&lt;br /&gt;1 kg sagu (dibasuh &amp;amp; ditoskan,Kemudian masukkan dalam besen besar, letak air agak2 paras sagu tadi tu.. biar sagu ni direndam dalam 15 minit)&lt;br /&gt;Kelapa parut (2- 2 1/2 biji)&lt;br /&gt;Gula (ikut rasa)&lt;br /&gt;Garam (setakat nak bagi rase lemak2 sket)&lt;br /&gt;Pewarna&lt;br /&gt;Daun pisang secukupnya (jgn lupa layur dulu daun pisang ni kasik lembut)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara:&lt;br /&gt;1. Gaulkan kelapa, gula &amp;amp; garam ke dalam sagu yg dah direndam tadi.&lt;br /&gt;2. Bahagi 2 bahagian, dan warnakan dgn warna yang berlainan ikut citarasa masing2&lt;br /&gt;3. Bentukkan daun pisang spt kelongsong, masukkan sagu tadi secara berlapis&lt;br /&gt;4. Sematkan dgn lidi atau lagi senang, stapler je.. TAPI awasss jgn tertelan besi tu lak nnti.. huhu&lt;br /&gt;5. Kukus 20 minit&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nota: Kalau takde daun pisang, atau malasss nak bungkus pakai daun pisang.. leh jugak guna baking sheet.. Tp kalau tak kuasa nak layan semua tu, masukkan je dalam talam, lapiskan sagu tu mcm buat kuih lapis. Pukul butter dan gula sehingga gebu/kembang&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan telur satu persatu dan pukul lagi.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan tepung yg diayakkan diselangselikan dengan susu.&lt;br /&gt;4. Kacau rata dan masukkan kedalam acuan kertas yg diletakkan dalam muffin tray.&lt;br /&gt;5. Bakar dalam suhu 180'C selama 15 minit.&lt;br /&gt;6. Sejukkan dan jika suka tuangkan coklat icing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;COKLAT ICING:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;250 gm coklat masakan&lt;br /&gt;1 cawan susu cair&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Panaskan dalam mangkuk tahan panas yang diletakkan dalam kuali.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal;"&gt;Nota: Biasa aku buat, masukkan separuh adunan dalam cup kertas terlebih dahulu, kemudian letakla sket choc chips ataupun choc masakan yang dah dipotong kecik2 (So bila makan tu, terasa la filling coklat dalamnya) Then isi separuh lagi adunan dalam cup tu, tp jgn le penuh sangat.. Campurkan air, butter, gula &amp;amp; garam kemudian didihkan. Bila butter mencair, tunggu seminit lagi kemudian tutup api. Masukkan tepung sekaligus, kacau cepat2 guna senduk kayu sampai jadi mcm mashed potato.&lt;br /&gt;2. Buka api semula, teruskan mengacau hingga adunan tadi jadi seperti bebola kecil yang lembut &amp;amp; tak melekat kat peiuk. Angkat &amp;amp; sejukkan adunan.&lt;br /&gt;3. Bila dah sejuk, guna mixer &amp;amp; masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji.Pastikan telur tu betul2 sebati sebelum masukkan telur2 yang seterusnya. Tak pakai mixer pun takpe, tapi kacau le sekuat tenaga.. hehe&lt;br /&gt;4. Bila adunan dah cantik bekilat, dah tak melekat2 kat mangkuk tu, bolehla dimasukkan ke dalam piping bag, gune nozzle kesukaan anda.. dan pipinglah sesuka hati ke atas tray.. (Aku alas dulu tray dgn baking sheet.. nape? Ntahla.. sajeee.. heheh.. supaya puff tu tak melekat lee)&lt;br /&gt;5. Bakar 20-25 minit dgn suhu 200°C . Biar garing sket supaya bila puff ni sejuk nanti, takla dia kempes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Custard&lt;br /&gt;500ml susu segar- aku pakai susu tepung je .. nak pakai santan pon buleh..&lt;br /&gt;100g gula&lt;br /&gt;80g tepung custard&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuatnya:&lt;br /&gt;Campurkan semua bahan, jerangkan atas api. Kacauuuuu sampai le jadi pekat cam nak buat puding jagung tu. Agak2 dah pekat, tunggu la 1-2 minit baru le padamkan api&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara nak masukkan custard:&lt;br /&gt;Amik puff tadi, tebuk sket lubang kat bwhnye.. then sumbat je custard tadi tu.. Haaa.. dah siap ponn... (Nk potong puff tu, then lapiskan dgn custard pon boleh.. ikut kreativiti masing2)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nota: Custard ni nanti ada banyak lebihannye.. Sama ada anda nak sumbat byk2 dlm puff tu, atau lebihannye nanti diisi dalam acuan then simpan dlm fridge..
